The U.S. Mint sent shock waves through the collector market when they announced the 35 year design of the world’s most collected silver coin, the American Silver Eagle, would be changed forever. The 2020 American Silver Eagle will long be remembered and collected for being the last full year issue bearing the beloved Heraldic Eagle design. After 35 years, the United States Mint will release a completely new reverse design to the popular American Silver Eagle in 2021.
 
This is a rare opportunity to acquire a complete year set of American Silver Eagle Proof coins in perfect PR70 condition. Proof refers to the method of manufacture and not the condition of a coin. Proof coins are struck especially for collectors. This set contains a Proof coin from each year of issue (Due to a shortage of silver no coins were struck in 2009).
 
In addition to being certified in perfect PR70 condition, each coin has been hand signed by John Dannreuther, co-founder of PCGS and award winning author.

The Uncirculated 2020-W American Eagle palladium coin will be limited to an issue of 10,000 coins when released by the U.S. Mint later this month.

Orders will be limited to one coin per household. This is the first time the U.S. Mint is striking a palladium American Eagle with an Uncirculated “matte” finish since introducing the palladium American Eagle option in 2017. Westminster Mint is offering NGC & PCGS certified Signature Series coins certified in perfect 70 condition.
